Does MeetNote join my Zoom call?
No. MeetNote records audio directly on your computer. There is no bot, no participant named "Notetaker", nothing that shows up in your call. Everyone in the meeting sees exactly what they would see without MeetNote.
Where is my meeting data stored?
Your recordings are processed on our servers and stored in the cloud, linked to your account. Free accounts retain data for 30 days. Pro accounts retain data indefinitely until you delete it. You can delete individual meetings or your entire account at any time.
Does MeetNote work with any meeting platform?
Yes. Because MeetNote records audio from your computer rather than joining the call, it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or any other platform. You can also upload audio or video files directly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Cancel from your account settings and you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No hoops, no retention flow.
Is my meeting audio sold or used to train AI?
No. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries are never sold to third parties and are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
